Note quality is one of the main markers for the team. Your note miles = note average ÷ 2, then weighted by how many notes you filed. The average itself is pooled across the last two weekly reports (27 Jul–9 Aug), and the volume factor means a strong average earns its full rate only when it's backed by a real body of work — a big, steady note load is rewarded, while a high score on two or three notes is held as provisional. Doing the core job, done well and consistently, is what moves you up.
